Based on our many years of experience as an engineering service provider, we support our customers in the consultation, planning and development of individual automation solutions with robots (greenfield and brownfield plants).
Our range of services extends from concept development and robot cell planning to simulation and offline programming to the integration of robots into complete systems as well as software adaptations and online programming.
For feasibility studies, we use our robot cell with KUKA KR22 R1610 and the Universal Robots UR10 lightweight robot, in which we find a solution to your problem, taking into account cycle time and accessibility. Verification of handling processes is also possible within the scope of gripper design, including the layout, optimisation and construction of end effectors.
At the customer’s request, we also carry out risk assessments and prepare Sistema and CE certifications. Whether it’s (safety) commissioning, production support or training for operators and plant operators – our high standards of quality and safety guarantee the best results for our customers at all times.
