Specifically for the chemical, petrochemical and energy technology sectors, we will present our customised solutions from concept development and all engineering levels through to commissioning and service.

This year, the trade fair for the Leuna chemical site is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In the meantime, it has established itself as a permanent fixture for dialogue between manufacturing companies, research institutions and service partners.

From 23-24 October 2024, Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe will take place at Hamburger Messe and we will be there!

The conference and exhibition brings together players from the entire hydrogen value chain and focuses on the advanced technologies of the hydrogen and fuel cell industry. As a service provider with many years of expertise and experience in plant engineering and automation, we are happy to provide support in the planning and implementation of hydrogen projects.

In addition to our plant engineering team, colleagues from the E/I&C division will also be on site and are looking forward to a valuable exchange, interesting discussions and exciting innovations.

You will find us in hall A2 at stand 2F4.

On Monday, 31 young people started their training at Stadler + Schaaf:

• 9 electronics technicians for energy and building technology
• 12 electronics technicians for automation technology
• 2 industrial clerks
• 1 IT specialist
• 3 Technical product designers
• 2 Dual students specialising in electrical engineering and information technology
• 2 technical collage students as one-year interns

As part of their onboarding, they were welcomed by their trainers and the management on day 1 of their training and then had plenty of time to get to know each other and the company.

We wish them a good start and a successful apprenticeship!

WELCOME TO THE STADLER + SCHAAF TEAM!

In January, we officially added a 29th location and opened the doors to our modern office in Mainz.

Here we have space for up to 20 employees who work with us to create innovative solutions.

At the Mainz site, the main focus will be on hardware planning and software engineering, initially primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. We look forward to being able to provide even more intensive support to our existing customers on site, as well as establishing new business relationships.

A few weeks ago, two of our colleagues working in plant engineering received the certification according to DVGW worksheet G 493-1.

The certificate qualifies Stadler + Schaaf as a specialist company for gas pressure regulating and metering systems, as well as biogas injection systems. As a result, we are now qualified to plan natural gas and biogas plants up to pressure level DRM100 in accordance with personnel and technical requirements.

The TÜV Rheinland ‘Ausgezeichenete Arbeitgeber’ (Excellent employer) standard includes various requirements for human resources management.

As part of the audit on 24/25 April 2023, at the company headquarters in Offenbach/Queich, it was systematically checked on site whether values and goals have been defined, holistic concepts  and methods for implementation established and whether these are put into practice accordingly.

Just a few weeks left until the career fair in Landau.

ACRON Premium Partnership

Stadler + Schaaf is now new premium partner for ACRON, a historian and reporting system from VIDEC Data Engineering GmbH.

It enables the tamper-proof collection and consolidation of all data and key figures of plants and thus forms the basis for well-founded evaluation and analysis processes. In addition, several evaluations, reports and trend displays can be created with ACRON. As a manufacturer-neutral product, ACRON is used in almost all industries, but mainly in the areas of water and wastewater, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, as well as energy and infrastructure.
