Stadler + Schaaf is 'Ausgezeichneter Arbeitgeber' (Excellent employer)

Topics such as ethics and corporate culture, personnel development and recruiting or the effectiveness of personnel marketing were examined. These were assessed in discussions with managers, through random interviews with employees and the verification of evidence. The open, trusting corporate culture, the operational personnel management and the far-reaching measures in the area of recruiting were highlighted as particularly positive.

The ‘Ausgezeichnete Arbeitgeber’ test mark is valid for three years. During this period, annual monitoring audits are carried out by TÜV Rheinland, sometimes also at the sites.
