Training & Dual studies

Your entry into career life
Training with perspective!

Whether in a technical, commercial or IT field, an apprenticeship at Stadler + Schaaf offers you a variety of opportunities to start your professional career.

In our training workshop, which was expanded in 2018, our technical apprentices learn the profession of electronics technician, specialising in automation technology or energy and building technology. The training portfolio also includes the professions of industrial clerk and IT specialist (m/f/d).

Anyone looking to combine academic studies with hands-on professional experience will find the ideal path at Stadler + Schaaf through the dual study programme.

Through our versatile training concept and individual further training measures, we support our young employees and prepare them for a successful professional life.

At the same time, we strengthen team spirit through onboarding days at the beginning of the training programme, regular events and various sports activities. Our Future Team, consisting of trainees and dual students, not only helps to organise events, but also promotes the interests of our young talent.

Still unsure what to do after school?
